However, if you do choose to depart from Las Vegas, you'll forego the tour to the Chocolate Factory, Botanical Cactus Gardens and the Tanger Outlet Center. For guest departing from Las Vegas, please depart from your room by 11:30am. Check-out is not necessary; the tour guide will make arrangement for you before departing the hotel. Q: Hi. I'm trying to book for this tour with 1 night stay at Grand Canyon for a family of 3. I understand your child pricing is for 2 to 9 yrs old. Our planned trip is on the 2nd of Oct 2013 and my son is turning 10 on the 16th of Oct 2013. The system will charge the child price accordingly. If prompted for your child's birthday, simply enter the birthday accordingly. At the final step of placing your reservation, you can leave a note in the comment box of the child's birthday, should we need to manually enter the birth date for you. You will have the option to purchase meals at these stops or walk to a different location near by as well. Q: Hi, we a total of 8 paxs incl. 4 children (ages 17,15,13&10) is interested to book the tour code 6-4321 (start LA - end SFO) for 7 Dec 2013. Instead of the tour to Disneyland or San Diego city tour we prefer Sea World and also a day free in Las Vegas can this be arrange. We noted that your airport pick up is till 1:00pm but our is an international flight arriving after 1:00pm, pls advise can the pick up time be extended. We are not able to switch Disneyland for San Diego Sea World or have you stay an additional night in Las Vegas.
